ABLE Academy’s full-time school is a Florida state approved private school. All individual learner programs and intensive learning activities are designed and implemented by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Certified Interventionists, Certified Teachers and individuals with extensive training in ABA, education, curriculum development, psychology and/or counseling. Data is maintained on skill acquisition and families receive data-driven progress reports regularly.
A parentally placed private school student with a disability does not have an individual right to receive some or all of the special education and related services that the student would receive if enrolled in a public school under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
