Dr. Colleen Cornwall, founder of Applied Behavioral Learning Enterprises, and The ABLE Academy is a Nationally Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over fourteen years of experience practicing ABA with a multitude of individuals. Colleen holds a Doctor of Education in Special Education with an emphasis in Curriculum Development, a Masters of Science in Varying Exceptionalities with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Emotional/Behavioral Disturbances. As a classroom teacher, Colleen worked with students with disabilities varying from severe emotional disorders to mental handicaps. Colleen also served as the Lead Behavior Analyst for Collier County Public Schools. In this role, Colleen developed behavioral interventions for children served in all exceptional student education programs ranging from Pre-K Developmental Disabilities to Learning Disabled to Autism/Asperger's Syndrome, providing hands-on training to educators and parents and individualized behavior therapy to students. As a national consultant, Colleen assists school districts and training facilities in developing group and individual behavior change programs, providing assessment, program development and regularly scheduled consultations. With a particular interest in children and adults with limited verbal repertoires, Colleen has also been instrumental in assessing and developing individualized Verbal Behavior programs for children and adults including assessment, program development and regularly scheduled consultations. Colleen provides services nationwide and abroad and is also the Clinical Director of ABLE Academy.

 


Jen SchaaffJen Schaaff, BS, BCABA

Jen Schaaff received her Bachelor of Science in Applied Behavioral Science from National Louis University. She is currently enrolled in a Master's program in Counseling with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. Jen is a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst who provides Behavior Assessment, Behavior Reduction, Skill Acquisition and Verbal Behavior programming for clients at ABLE Academy. Ms. Schaaff specializes in the treatment of clients with severe problem behavior, autism, and limited language repertoires. Jen provides direct service and clinical supervision at ABLE Academy.


Kimberly Raiser, B.A., BCABA

Mrs. Raiser graduated cum laude earning a Bachelor of Arts in Emotional and Behavioral Disorder Education from Florida Gulf Coast University and is currently working towards a Masters of Education. Mrs. Raiser's specialization includes treatment of children with autism and pervasive developmental disorder; she has worked with children with autism in school and home settings for over eleven years. Mrs. Raiser is a clinical supervisor at the ABLE Academy and provides direct instruction to learners daily.


Marcee Brown, BS

Marcee Brown received her Bachelors of Science in Applied Behavioral Science from Western Michigan University.  She has worked with children with autism and developmental delays in school and home settings as well as abuse and neglect children in residential settings.  Ms. Brown is currently working towards a Masters in Counseling with an emphasis in Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis.

Kristine Koch received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hamilton College. Ms. Koch is currently working towards a Masters in Counseling with an emphasis in Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA). Ms. Koch specializes in the treatment of children with autism and other pervasive developmental disorders. She has five years experience working with children with autism at the New York Children's Learning Institute (NYCLI) in New York City and currently works as an Applied Behavior Clinician with children and adolescents at ABLE Academy in the southwest Florida area.

Jennifer Modzelesky received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Skidmore College in 2004. Jennifer is currently working towards a Master's Degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA). Ms. Modzelesky specializes in the treatment of children with Autism, as well as, other pervasive developmental disorders. Jennifer came to us from New York City where she spent her time working as a Behavioral Therapist at The New York Child Learning Institute (NYCLI). She has experience working with children in both the school setting and the home environment.
