Colleen Cornwall

| Dr. Colleen Cornwall, founder of ABLE Academy and Applied Behavioral Learning Enterprises, is a Nationally Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over fifteen years of experience practicing ABA. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Emotional/Behavioral Disturbances, a Master of Science in Exceptional Student Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and a Doctorate of Education in special education with an emphasis in curriculum design. Colleen’s dissertation which focused on valid measures of effective behavioral and instructional programs for individuals with developmental disabilities received national recognition. As a classroom teacher, Colleen worked with students with disabilities varying from severe emotional disorders to mental handicaps. Colleen also served as the Lead Behavior Analyst for Collier County Public Schools. In this role, Colleen developed behavioral interventions for children served in all exceptional student education programs ranging from Pre-K Developmental Disabilities to Learning Disabled to Autism/Asperger’s Syndrome, providing hands-on training to educators and parents and individualized behavior therapy to students. As a national consultant, Colleen has assisted school districts and training facilities in developing group and individual behavior change programs and early intervention programs, providing assessment, program development and regularly scheduled consultations. With a particular interest in children and adults with limited verbal repertoires, Colleen has also been instrumental in assessing and developing individualized Verbal Behavior programs for children and adults including assessment program development and regularly scheduled consultations. |
Jen Schaaff, BCaBA, Outreach Service Coordinator

| Jen Schaaff received her Masters degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Nova Southeastern University. Jen is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst and Coordinator of Outreach Services. Jen has been a part of the ABLE team for over 10 years. Ms. Schaaff specializes in the treatment of clients with severe problem behavior, autism, and limited language repertoires. Jen provides direct service and clinical supervision at ABLE Academy as well as training and support in local childcare centers. |
Marcee Brown

| Marcee Brown received her Bachelors of Science in Applied Behavioral Science from Western Michigan University. She received her masters’ degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has worked with children with autism and developmental delays in school and home settings. Marcee has also worked with abused and neglected children in residential settings. |
Tori Poteet

| Tori Poteet is a student at Florida Gulf Coast University and is pursuing a degree in Psychology. She has great passion for working with children in a number of environments and has worked with children with varied needs since she, herself was a teenager. Tori began volunteering at Able Academy in July 2009 and is now a behavior clinician on the team. |
Aimie Tanner

| Aimie Tanner received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Edison State College. She will begin working towards a Masters in Psychology with an emphasis in Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA). Mrs. Tanner has worked with children with autism and developmental delays in both school and residential settings. She has ten years experience working with children with autism at Applied Persons with Disabilities both in school and community settings. She joined ABLE Academy as an Applied Behavior Clinician in 2009. |
Cassie Chase

| Cassie Chase received her Bachelor of Science in Family Studies from the University of New Hampshire. She is currently enrolled in the BCaBA course series at Florida Institute of Technology. Prior to relocating to Florida, Cassie worked as a Behavioral Interventionist in a public elementary school setting for two years and as a personal support person in a public middle school setting. She has been involved in Special Education for the past decade, working as a community support liaison and job coach for individuals, both children and adults- with special needs. As an Applied Behavior Clinician, Cassie provides direct instruction and programming support for individuals at the ABLE Academy. |
Robin Bardill

| Robin Bardill received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Tennessee Technological University in 1997. She moved to South Carolina from Tennessee and became an ABA therapist in 2000 working in the public school system. where she met Dr. Cornwall in 2004 as a verbal behavioral consultant working with the school district. She worked as an ABA Lead Therapist in South Carolina for ten years in the public school and home settings. Ms. Bardill relocated to Florida to join the ABLE Academy team in 2010. She is currently enrolled in classes to become certified as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. |
Mallory Greenstein

| Mallory Greenstein received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Minors in Sociology and Interdisciplinary Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2011. Ms. Greenstein is currently pursuing her Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst certification. She has four years of experience working with children with autism and related disorders. Mallory has worked as a Behavior Therapist in a one-on-one setting, social/ play skills groups, and in early intervention. Mallory joined the ABLE Academy team in 2010 providing direct services and case management to clients. |
Kim Raiser

| Kimberly Raiser graduated cum laude earning a Bachelor of Arts in Emotional and Behavioral Disorder Education from Florida Gulf Coast University. Kimberly is both a certified teacher and a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst with over twelve years experience working with children with developmental disabilities, severe emotional disorders, as well as behavior disorders in home and school settings. Kimberly is a clinical supervisor at the ABLE Academy and provides direct instruction to learners daily. |
Kristine Koch

| Kristine Koch received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Hamilton College and her Masters Degree in Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis from Nova Southeastern University. Ms. Koch is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has ten years experience working with individuals with special needs in school, home, and community settings. Kristine is a clinical supervisor at the ABLE Academy and provides direct services to clients on a daily basis. |
Jennifer Modzelesky

| Jennifer Modzelesky received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Skidmore College and her Masters degree in Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis from Nova Southeastern University. In addition, Ms. Modzelesky is a registered yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance. Since joining the ABLE Academy team she has worked as a behavior therapist, case manager, and is currently the Development & Resource Coordinator. |
Daniella Lessa

| Daniella Lessa has three years experience working with individuals with special needs. Prior to joining ABLE Academy, Ms. Lessa taught functional living skills to adults and children to increase community independence. She joined the ABLE Academy team as an assistant in 2011. |
